As people become increasingly time-poor, unfortunately the days of enjoying a long soak in the bathtub seem something of a rarity.
On the plus side, what this can means is that you can consider ditching the bathtub altogether – opening up the space for a fantastic bathroom makeover.
In the bathroom designs I create, many people are taking this path, which means they have a more generous space available for their shower and vanity. Eliminating a cramped bathroom by reducing the amount of hardware can create a luxe look and feel, with more space available for your choice of shower, toilet, vanity and storage.
This approach is particularly valuable in apartments, if the existing bathroom is relatively small.
If you’re planning a bathroom makeover, I’d be pleased to discuss what you’d like to achieve. Through my background in bathroom design, I can make valuable suggestions about how you can maximise what you get out of your bathroom renovation.
